Also included below is a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation Viewer. If your system has Microsoft's PowerPoint installed you may simply click play to view the presentation. The latest versions of the MLAN software can be downloaded (file size is about 5MB for version 1.5.x and 10 MB for version 2.0.x). These versions will run in demo mode if you do not have a hardware key attached to your computer. Demo mode simulates weigh scale blender communication. This is useful if you want to see the features of the software before purchasing it. If you do, however, have a hardware key, then this is the latest version of the software. It will contain any bug fixes and patches.

Note: If you are currently running a version 1.5x of MLAN you will need to purchase an upgrade certificate before upgrading to a 2.0x version of MLAN. Please contact Maguire Products if you wish to purchase an upgrade certificate.

MLAN 2.0.x is the latest release of MLAN for Windows.

Each downloaded file is labeled 20xdiskx.exe where x is the disk number. Each file is a self-extracting zip file that defaults to extracting into the c:temp folder. Within that folder additional folders will be created and labeled disk1 through disk8. If you wish to install from this location, run SETUP.EXE located in the disk1 directory. Otherwise you may copy the contents of each folder (not the folder name disk1...disk8 ) to separate 1.44 floppy disks for installation from floppy disk.

You can download a slide show presentation of Maguire's MLAN software (File size about 500K). This demo is for Microsoft Windows. Once downloaded:

• Run MLANDEMO.EXE in a temporary directory. It will unpack several files into that directory.
• One of those files is SETUP.EXE. This is the installation program; run it to install the demo software.

Gravimetric Gateway™ (G2) Server / Client for Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME/XP

The Gravimetric Gateway™ Software is the latest development from Maguire Products Inc. for communications to the Maguire Weigh Scale Blenders. This package provides full network support allowing multiple Gravimetric Gateway Clients to log onto one or more Gravimetric Gateway™ Servers. The Clients as well as the Servers may be located anywhere on a network from the local intranet to across the world wide web. This system driver is required to use the MLAN security key under Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP operating systems. This installation program will detect and install the Sentinel System Driver 32 bit MSI v5.41.1.
