A single MaxiBatch™ blender utilizes a variety
of proprietary dispense methods to enable accurate blending of up to 12
ingredients as either a major or minor component.
The MaxiBatch™ blender
accommodates twelve removable hoppers for as many ingredients, each
hopper incorporates its own dispensing device designed for precise
metering in large quantities.
As in other Maguire weigh blenders,
ingredients are dispensed sequentially into a weigh chamber; the
batch then falls into a mixing chamber.
A
variety of proprietary, interchangeable dispense devices and bin
sizes
allows the MaxiBatch™ to be customized for your application.
Advanced Controls Provide Flexibility and Accountability
12-12 Controller-Standard
Standard on all MAGUIRE MaxiBatch™ Blenders. Clear
messages in 9 languages replace coded readout. User-friendly
interface: 2-line, 40-character vacuum fluorescent display. USB
port included for software updates, printers and documentation.
Advanced Color Touch Screen Control Option
All the features of the 12–12 controller plus the ease of touch
screen navigation. This optional control includes an intuitive,
user-friendly touch screen and Ethernet connectivity. Unique
onboard wireless capability eliminates the cost of installing
cable throughout the production area and readily links to other
wireless equipped machines.
Gravimetric Gateway™ Server (G2
Server)
The Gravimetric Gateway™ Server also referred to as the G2
Server, is the name we give to the server software written
exclusively for the MAGUIRE Weigh Scale Blenders. The G2 Server
enables you to communicate directly from the server with one or
more WSB controllers or connect remotely from anywhere over a
TCP/IP network using the
Gravimetric Gateway™ Client Software. The Gravimetric Gateway™
Server provides two-way communication between the server and the
MLAN network of blenders through downloading and constant
retrieval of information from WSB controllers. The Gravimetric
Gateway™ software was designed to work as a stand-alone
application to provide enhanced reports and control. The
Gravimetric Gateway™ software has the ability to use MySQL for
it’s databases.
