We welcome and encourage you to tell us what you would like to see in future versions of MLAN Software. What do you have a need for? What would make your job easier? Simply write any suggestions you might have in the space provided below.

I would like to report a problem:

When reporting a problem with MLAN if possible please supply the following information so that we may better track down the problem's source.
  • Version Number (located in the about box, selected from MLAN's menu.)
  • What type of system MLAN is installed and running on.
  • Any error message that may have been displayed. Please include any header information in the error message box.
  • Also, please describe the actions that led up to the problem occurring and whether or not you are able to reproduce the problem.

I would like a copy of the MLAN Protocol Manual.

The Maguire Weigh Scale Blenders use what is called the MLAN (Maguire Local Area Network) Protocol to communicate with a computer. If you wish to write your own custom software to communicate with the Maguire Blenders, you will need to know the MLAN Protocol. MLAN Protocol manuals are available on request from Maguire Products or you may download it here from our ftp site.
