1. Maguire MVF - Volumetric Feeder:

- Utilizes a digital setpoint control and a stepper motor for a consistent letdown ratio.
- Conversion kits are available to upgrade to full gravimetric capability.
2. Maguire MGF
- A well-established, fully automatic single-material feeder with rapid learning and self-calibration.
- Easy to install, maintain, set, and change color or additive.
3. Maguire MGF+ Line
- It incorporates standard gravimetric feeder options for up to four feeders.
- There are up to four sizes of auger feeders on one mounting frame, all controlled by a standard touchscreen.
4. Maguire MGF+ 100L Line
- Ideal for extrusion processes – up to four feeders.
- Adds a main material loss-in-weight hopper for accurate weighing of prime material and dosing by feeders in relation to this, all controlled via one common controller.
5. Maguire MGF+ 100X
- Includes up to 4 feeders plus loss in weight hopper, plus an extrusion control package for streamlined process control in extrusion applications.
- Monitors actual throughput and adjusts the extruder drive to maintain target weight per hour and/or weight per length.
6. Maguire MGF+ 100B
- Ideal for injection molding applications.
- All materials must run through the feeders.
- Includes a material collection bin with a level sensor for on-demand material dispensing.
